That's it really

I am very volatile and have an awful temper. Always have. Got to sort it out. I get of red mist moments.

Is this the kind of thing Homeopathy can help with?

oh it's you again (just been on your other thread)!!
My friend uses Homeopathy for everything and she reccomends it. I swear by Bach's flower remedies though whether it's a placebo effect I couldn't say. more info here

Can't hurt can it?
I would also keep a mood diary for a month and see when your flashpoints are, what triggers you particularly etc. And I use yogic breathing and removing myelf from the situation when I know I am gonna blow...

yeah it's me

I have started doing yoga but never get the chance to do it regularly. I'm going to go to a proper class as I can feel it doing me good. I really want to get this nailed as I am an Old Gimmer and am dreading the ensuing Menopause and the rabid highs and lows that can bring, quite looking forward to the inadvertent shoplifting though

I'm looking forward to the bit where you just don't give a stuff about what other people think (tell me that will happen one day, please!) and the bit where you tell all the shop assistants all about your grown-up children's embarassing habits. Well that's what my 70-yr-old mum does....

Yes, it is the sort of thing homeopathy can help with. You need to find a good one though. Worth every penny. It's not that pricey because you don't go very often. I used to go about once a month to 6 weeks now I see my homeopath when I feel I need to - about once every 6 to 8 months or so usually. She is like a counsellor as well.
