I feel nauseous and dizzy at times. Exhausted but I have under 1 year old and 3 year old. Im breastfeeding. I'm on 100mg of sertraline since November. Im terribly irritable. My sinuses hurt on one side but I'm not bunged up. I think I've got piles as blood o tissue. I look in nitro and look terrible. Am I exhibiting any illness? Or am I just an worn out mum.?

I think it could definitely be a sinus infection grumbling away. I have the same thing.
