Im just 48. 1 DS age 15
Regular normal flow periods
For the past year terrible night sweats (not day). Wake up in night soaking wet and have to sleep with window wide open.
Feel anxious and on short fuse all the time
Feel depressed and exhausted. Always so tired.
Put on weight. But im not fat. More like spread around middle.
Feel like i dont want to socialise anymore. I work in an office 4 days a week and love my job. Have lovely friends and family.
Been to Holland and Barrett yesterday and bought MenoCool Black Cohosh
This night sweat thing is bothering me. Do you think its the start of the change. I feel really crap. Any advice. Feel quite desperate. Thank you

Yes FlatOnTheHill, looks like the change to me.

There's a special menopause topic here in health - I'm sure they can advise you about dealing with those symptoms (sp.?)

Have a good and healthy 2016

You've just about summed it up there with your symptoms - I agree, go to the Menopause thread for support

Sounds like it. I've just got some sage tablets to try for my hot flushes. I hate this....
