Does anyone have any experience of this? I have recently been diagnosed with this and prescribed an initial period of rest and vitamin d. Ive got a really weak core and this is apparently what caused the injury. I've now been given physio exercises, one core exercise and some squats and lunges which just seem to increase the pain in my groin. I'm getting quite frustrated so hoping someone might have some advice on what exercises might help / what I can do to make this better as quickly as possible!
