Hand, foot and mouth in pregnant adult

My DS caught h,f&m and seems to be just coming out the other end.

Unfortunately it seems that I have now caught it. I'm not massively bothered except that I'm 9 weeks pregnant and already anxious about the baby.

I don't want to take any medication and I feel ok aside from a sore throat, but I would love some reassurance if anyone can provide anecdotally (I've looked on nhs etc).
