Dizzy spells on standing after eating

I have low blood pressure and dizzy spells when standing are quite common for me.
Recently i have noticed my dizzy spells are far more intense (upon standing) after having eaten, to the point i really feel im about to pass out and cannot function, at all, for 20 seconds or so.

Any ideas

Google postprandial hypotension. It's fairly common it would seem.

Thank you mrsmorton. Im going to look further into that as it seems i can agree to other symptoms associated with it
