Graves' disease not been taking my carbimazol

I can't remember the last time I took my meds or the last time I felt good. I've been back to my doctor and been re referred to my Endo clinic. I really need to get a hold of this situation and stop ignoring it. I want the ask some questions to get the most of my appointment and start understanding this disease I've been living with for over a year so can have a half normal life.

Can anyone suggest questions I should be asking?

Does anyone know What are "normal" t4 t3 levels? I have no idea what mine are right now but I feel like absolute shite!

Hi, I have Graves, have been on long term Carbimizole because I decided against the other options available. partly because I had Breast Cancer treatment to cope with and I couldn't deal with both!

Can I ask, WHY aren't you taking your Meds? You will continue to feel like CRAP until you get things settled, and that involves taking the drugs you have been prescribed!
