Pelvic pain - advice needed

Hi all
Some advice would be greatly received. Had mild-medium pelvic girdle pain with DC2 - physio made it manageable. DC2 now 9.5 months. Yesterday my symptoms flared up (I've been consistently achy since the birth, worsening around my period) and tonight after stepping up onto a chair to get a tin down its flared up so badly as to make me cry. Feels like my right hip socket is 'wrong', mild tingling down front quad, both hip joints are very sore and i have aching pain in my anus (bizarrely?)

Thoughts? GP tomorrow?

That sounds like it could be sciatica, I have PGP and I've been told it goes straight after birth, however I could have been misinformed by my midwife. I'm thinking sciatica because my mum has it and the last time she went to the gp he asked her about nubbness or tingling which we thought was odd but is apparently a commen symptom.

Thanks Pandy - it doesn't feel like sciatica but I guess it could be. I've made a GP appointment
