Pelvic trouble

Hi all
I've been having trouble with pain in lower abdomen which has now turned into needing to urinate alot. Have had exam at Dr nothing obvious to be found. Had blood test including c125 (scary) but all have come back as normal thankfully. I'm awaiting a scan but I just can't guess what is wrong. No evidence of urine infection either. Has anyone else experienced simular
