White lumps in ds poo! What could they be?

Ds has done 2 poos today with white lumps in. The lumps are throughout the poo. Dp who obviously has a stronger stomach than me had a closer look and said the lumps seem almost powder like. Ds has been off his food for several weeks now. I have taken him to the GP last week with a distended abdomen. Has anybody got any ideas what this might be? It is definately not worms. Looks like I'll be back at the Dr's tomorrow morning.

what a worry. If we are allowed to mention penelope leach? she always used to say, don't look closely at the poo, look at the child.. easier said than done i know.

my dd had what I thought was eggs in her poo... It nearly sent me hysterical I can tell you! until I realised it was sesame seeds from the top of a bun she'd eaten... ...
how old is your DS... do you think its something he's eaten and not been digested.. like crayon or something....

My ds is 17 months he has definatly not been near the talculm powder, although that was my first thought. We've been wracking our brains to try and think of anything he could have eaten, but at the moment he's not eating very well. All he's been eating recently is toast, bananas and wosits and fromage frais (great diet I know). I took him to the dr's last week as he'd had a distended tummy on several occassions. She said his tummy felt soft so she wasn't too worried and told me to keep a food diary for two weeks to see if it was a food intolerance.

Digested floam looks like an infestation of insect eggs and the balls are solid still. BabyDragon ate some

no he hasn't been near any of those things. What on earth is Floam? I'm going to see if his poo is like it tomorrow, and if it is it of up the dr's for us.
