I feel like it's all in my head.

I've had epilepsy for about 6 years now and my health has really started to deteriorate in the past 5 or so months. I struggle with headaches and fatigue daily and have had an increase in fits. I have to constantly cancel plans with friends as I'm just tired to go or don't feel well.

I'm in the process of having my medication changed to prevent the side effects and testing at the hospital again but this has only just started to happen in the past few weeks.

My friends just don't seem to understand really, we're in are early 20's so all they want to do generally involves drinking and late nights which I just can't do atm.

I'm starting to think that it's just all in my head, and I'm imagining symptoms that aren't there, I don't look ill which is why I guess they find it hard to sympathise.
I just want my old life back of having fun and not feeling shit all the time.
