Which probiotics did you take?

If they have FOS (fructooligiosaccharides) in them, then yes, as they are a fodmap. If I eat something that triggers my IBS, I eat nothing but chicken and rice for 2-3 days and everything calms down. If you've been eating a normal diet it would take longer to calm down, but I would have thought you;d notice a difference within a week.

Jarrow Formulas Ideal Bowel Support probiotics are good for IBS, as they have potato starch in them, not FOS.
