So my dad has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, he does have a TERRIBLE diet so its not the biggest surprise in the world.

He is really upset, he enjoys food and I think he's concerned about the implications of potential loss of limbs etc. He really needs to lose weight so I'm hoping this is the kick up the ass he needs.

Can anyone recommend a website with good recipes I can use to help him realise he's still going to be able to eat yummy food, it may just need to be home made not shop bought?
