Low estrogen levels

Been bleeding on and off since having baby six months ago
Had a blood test and came back very low estragen levels. Being sent for ultrasound and scan. Any ideas why my levels can be so low. I'm twenty five and have no other symptoms of anything. I'm just extreamly axious all the time about my health
