Equasym XL, anbody taken this?

Hi, just wondering if anyone, adult not child has taken this drug?
DD has just started it for ADHD (she's 25) I know it's given to children but just wondered about adults,
Since starting it she has no appetite (can't afford to lose weight!) and seems depressed.
The GP will have nothing to do with it as she was prescribed it by a consultant at the priory clinic. DD has since spoken to the consultant but they weren't overly helpful, infact she was quite rude,
DD is anxious as the best of times but now has this to worry about. She won't even take paracetamol for a headache as she thinks it will react with the Equasym
