19 month DD got blotches on her face

DD has got some blotches on her face this morning, they seem to be coming and going a bit and are not too angry looking. She's her normal self as far as I can tell. Ate some breakfast, drank her milk and is playing now with her dolls.
Should I be concerned do you think?

TIA

thanks dislexicicecream. I tend to use whatever is on special offer out or Percil and Ariel but i just went to check what I'm using at the moment and it's a Bio instead of a non-Bio (I obviously didn't look properly when I bought it).

It could be that then possibly do you think?

I'm putting a different sheet on her cot tonight and clean sleeping bag - she sleeps face dcown so i'm assuming her sheet is the main culprit.
She hasn't been scratching it at all though which I would have thought she might try doing if it was a reaction to the powder.
It doesn seem less blotchy today and more just spotty, more like someone who's been eating too mcuh chocolate or crisps or something.
