He has been complaining of being really cold past couple of days. He has socks on, slippers, pjs, dressing grown, heating is on etc but he is saying he is cold. His feet and hands are freezing and are bright red. On his feet on top there are red lumps that turn white if brushed. He says they dont hurt but I have no idea what they are...anyone any ideas???????
