Over the last few days my left breast has been really painful feeling tender to touch and hot but when you touch it then it is not any hotter then the other breast.
I am also having some pain in my neck, arm and back on that side.
At the weekend I got hit in the opposite side on the shoulder wig a football which jolted me, could this be causing these problems?
