Very low pelvic pain/pressure and bloating for some days but it's not period time

Really not sure whether this is anything to worry about but I would appreciate some advice.

I am getting what you could describe as period pains that last for a few days, accompanied by bloating and intense pressure on pubic bone. I have had OV pain in the past but it doesn't normally last this long. It's impossible to say whether I am mid cycle or not as my periods are irregular.

The other thing to note is that I appear to be struggling to keep on weight. I put this down to having two very young kids but I must admit it is always a surprise when I step on the scales to see my weight drop again.

Has anyone had these pains? I am 9 months post second child if that makes a difference. Periods have been heavy.

Don't want to go complaining to doc again! I had to go in the summer due to dizziness, black outs and rapid weight loss and they never got to the bottom of it other than low blood pressure and tiredness. I haven't blacked out since.

Feel a bit like a hypochondriac if I go again!

Thank you all!

Did your GP do some blood tests when you went in summer?

I would go back tbh. Rapid weight loss should always be looked at.

Thanks for your response. Tests were done for thyroid and all the usual suspects and I think they all came back ok as I never heard again and they usually call if something comes up so it can't be anything serious.
