Ive recently become less and less interested in food. Over christmas i binged a lot on crap and since have been trying to eat normally again, minus the crisps and chocolate and takeaways. This morning i just couldnt stomach breakfast despite being hungry and having already made it. I got to around 2pm and my head was pounding but i was in college so i grabbed a sausage bap. This evening again ive been starving so made dinner and when i sat down to eat i just couldnt even take a bite. Its still sitting there on the plate, i'm still hungry but i dont want to eat.
is this a temporary response to me trying to cut out the crap?
