Start wearing retainers after a long time of not wearing them?

If they fit you can wear them but they're not designed to move teeth. Orthodontics is a science, the teeth will have been moved with tip and torque, retainers can't torque, they may tip but they may not be strong enough. Try them, may be very tight but see how you get on.

Always a shame when months and £££ of treatment is wasted because people don't wear their retainers.

How long is it since you wore them ?
