Sudden joint pain doesn't necessarily mean I'm coming down with flu, does it?

I really don't want to have flu this week.

My hips are really sore and spasm-y. I was fine all day until about an hour ago. I haven't done anything usual today, just supermarket and short dog walk, but they feel the way they did after a 4 hour hilly walk. The pain is radiating across my lower back and down to my knees. My hands are achey and the finger joints are quite painful.

It'll be fine, won't it? I don't think I have a temperature.
