heart attack

I had a heart attack on Saturday and now I'm home and depressed I've gone from fit and happy to an invalid overnight and I HATE it. I just want to get back to normal anyone else in same situation? need help

Not been in the same situation, but I was severely ill earlier this year and it does really knock you sideways and your world turns upside down. Take care to take plenty of time to recover well and don't expect too much of yourself. Hope you start feeling more normal soon.

How are you getting on Ziggy?

My husband had one this time last year. Also has stents inserted. Although he was a gym bunny he didn't like sitting around doing nothing so found the taking it easy hard to deal with

You won't be an invalid for ever.
