ED - treatment options?

DP has ED linked to type 1 diabetes. not been an issue as we found an nhs drug which worked. however, due to investigations and possible side effect these have to stop, for the timebeing short term, but could be long term.

I have absolutely no issue with this, we have a stable relationship. we have had episodes over our time together of issues, however I know we both enjoy PIV and would like this to continue.

hes amazing and very good at chatting with his gp, but I know they dont always know all the most recent and available options.

so any tips and products we could start trying or have in reserve? nothing medication wise for the time being im guessing though.
