Mucus pink blood.. 3 months after giving birth....

Hi ladies!

So I've given birth in August and have had 2 periods after that one at 6 weeks and one in November today is the 18th day since my last bleed. Today I've had slight cramps and pinky mucus discharge, to add in I'm EBF.

Has anyone experienced this or know any linked cause?
