C-Section scar pain after three years?!

That's just it really.

I feel like I've done too many sit-ups (ha!) and it hurts every time I sneeze or bend to pick anything up.

Is this just something that happens from time to time or should I get it checked?

Sounds maybe like your abdominal muscles did not heal properly or separated over time. I would recommend getting checked out.

Well my ds is now 9 and he was born by caesarian.

Every now and again I feel a niggly pain if I get up too quick I just put it down to weak muscles thanks to the op. I don't get it too often mind. Perhaps every couple of months or so.
