I have been told I am Zinc deficient & given supplements but the side effects are the same as the symptoms I have

So I was wondering if anyone else was taking them, what for & what side effects they had (before I start taking them)

Mild nausea. Take them with a meal.

Meaning they can make one nauseous so don't take on an empty stomach.

Yes. It's been a few years since I took them regularly, but for me they seemed to really improve my health. I just found them difficult to take because they did upset my tummy if I neglected to take them with food.

It's supposed to help with acne. Also is good for the immune system usually taken with 1000mg Vit C

Did you get the Zinc?

I've got some - but I had a bug & only took one dose before I was poorly

I supposed I should start taking them again - I'm getting some Vitamin D as well

I've been taking a zinc supplement for rosacea and it's really helped. Also sudocream which is zinc based. No side effects.

I'm not sure I have any symptoms - but my blood tests shows it very low
