6 months of hell with my feet.

Doctor has prescribed lots of creams and tablets to try and get to the bottom of it and also blood texts and I have been referred to a dermatology doctor.

My feet starts by getting very itchy, then get blister like sores and these bursts leaving my feet very itchy again.

I'm hoping someone on here may have gone through this and found a solution.

Ooh! I have that on my hands. It's called Atopic Dermatitis (or at least what I have is).

I put bandaids over my fingers (where it starts) so I can't itch it and then if the little blisters pop, they don't spread because the juice goes in the bandaid.

Keep a food log. Some foods make it worse, like grease, chocolate, and everything you want to eat while PMSing but shouldn't.

Will keep a food diary and get some band aids in.

Sounds like pompholyx eczema. Ask your GP if it is and if so then you need treatment for athletes foot as that can trigger it and you will need a strong steroid ointment and epaderm ointment. At night put on LOADS is epaderm and wear a sock over the top.

I've had it and its horrible.

Serious I think you have cracked it, just googled it and that is exactly the symptoms I have.

I don't blame the doctor as it's Sod's law it clears up before I can get an appointment.

Would it be wise to take pictures of the flare ups.
