Bulky uterus and ovarian cyst

I recently had a scan for irregular bleeding. I have the mirena coil fitted. I have a septated cyst on left ovary and a bulky uterus. I was asked to have another scan in 6 weeks to see if the cyst had got bigger/smaller. I keep thinking about it and why would I have a bulky uterus? I had a scan just under 2 yrs ago and all was fine. Except a small fibroid. I have got slight abdo cramps and I do get a brown discharge which seems to happen every month so I put that down to having a coil and it was a sort of period. Does anyone else have anything like this??
