How long have you had the shaking? Did it just start out of the blue? I don't know how old you are, but sometimes if you are young Drs can put things down to anxiety and not consider that there might be a physical cause. Not saying that it's not anxiety, but it it has been going on a while, I would ask for a referral (maybe neurology?) just to put your mind at rest. Lots of things can cause tremors though from medications to low blood sugar.
