What are my finger tips wrinkled.

Just like after a bath but all the time.
I don't think I am dehydrated, but could drink less wine/tea and more water. I am hypothyroid on 100mg levothyroxine and on HRT.
The brand of levothyroxine changed a couple of months ago and the wrinkles started about then.

Any ideas?

Maybe you could retest your levels as brands may vary

I had a very odd infection a few years ago when my finger tips went wrinkled. they eventually sort of wrinkled too much and got cracked and split. I got some sort of cream from the dr that sorted it out - it could have been a fungal infection iirc (which I probably don't).
