As a result of a forceps delivery I have got a vaginal wall prolapse.
It doesn't cause incontinence but actually stops me peeing properly as my bladder is slightly blocked with the prolapse leaning on it too far.
As a result I have to pee little amounts all the time and I feel like a little old man with a dodgy prostrate!
I was referred for Physio and she has only sent me away to do pelvic floor exercises, which I was doing anyway.
So I was wondering if anyone has any idea of what sort of treatment I might be offered, instead of surgery which apparently is a last resort.

What would you expect treatment wise for a post-birth vaginal prolapse?
