honestly. chemicals are all fine and well, but why dont people understand that the barbequed look just isnt in?
so get rid of all those strappy vest type things, and put some clothes on, loose and long that actually cover your skin. that way even if you cant find the suncream, you'll still be ok.

and stay out of the sun. dont go out unless you have to. a picnic in the park at 2pm with your kids doesnt count as having to go out. neither does shopping,, unless its grocery and you will die of starvation unless you gout in the midday sun
