Has anyone else's child had Herpangina?

Bit worried - DS who is 15 months has got mouth ulcers. I know that friend's little girl was diagnosed with the coxsakie virus the week before (go to same nursery). We took DS to GP to day and was told he has a virus - but not which one (I just guess it's the same thing from the symptoms)

I've read lots of nasty things about the coxsakie virus - depending on the strain - including heart failure and meningitis. DS only has sores in the mouth, a slight fever and apart from that is well (bit whiny)

Am I getting myself worried over nothing?
