Lumps on arms

I know this has been done before & recently, but I can't find the thread.

I have red lumps on my upper arms, have had as long as I can remember. No matter what I do, they are always there. DD has some too.

There was a thread recently with the name & a link for more info, can anyone find it or remember what the condition is called? It seems to be getting worse for me & wondered if there is anything I can do. I remember the link saying it was genetic, if that helps!

I find that a daily scrub with a loofah and a slathering of aqueous cream works wonders - not that I ever bother
