is this a bug + tiredness or something else? (tmi)

I've been ill for 2 weeks, started with a sore throat then a snotty nose and cough, last Monday I started with D&V, mainly D after eating but vomitting after coughing too. This dragged on all week, over the weekend I've been shivery, tired, aching and still D&V at least once a day. It's just dragging on and on. I don't feel particularly hungry and feel there's no point bloody eating anyway as it goes straight through.

Should I go to the GP tomorrow?

To be clear, eating makes me run to the loo but I think coughing is causing the vomitting.
