Have always had regular periods - even after giving birth, ECS, and BF I had one 1 months to the day of giving birth.
Two years ago they began changing - got very heavy - they did a smear, all OK and put down to normal hormonal changes that tend to happen around 30. All settled down again.
Past 3 months I have had moments where I've been rendered unable to walk because of extreme lower abdomen pain. It usually passes quickly although a general ache remains for a while, sometimes I have been sick on these same days. I have also had some bloody discharge on the tissue, generally very pink or dark red.
This month I actually had a bleed, not loads but enough that my knickers had blood on, It lasted for 3 days. I have had some really bad pains in my lower right abdomen, just on right of my CS scar, the rest of the time it feels like a stabbing. It seems to hurt more when I get up. Also I have a burning/ stabbing feeling in my cervix which again has become so intense at times it's stopped in in my tracks and bought me to tears.
I've needed to urinate frequently, but it's not a full bladders worth despite how it feels. I also don't have much of an appitite but feel so full and am so bloated.
I'm panicing it's something really bad - please tell me you've all had this before and it's perfectly normal. Of course being a BH I have to wait until Tuesday before I can even ring for an appointment - at least paracetamol and ibuprofen are taking the edge off the pain.
