Is this normal

Hi I'm new to this, but today i found white/yellowish discharge on my dd underwear. she doesnt seem bothered by it, but im a bit panicky. she has been developing breasts for a few months, has lost some weight recently but her hips seem a bit bigger. she has now got a bum lol. she has always had growth spurts, she has only just turned 7 and already she is in 10-11 tops and 9-10 bottoms. a few months ago she kept complaining about pains in her tummy.
have i any reason to worry or am just being overly cautious.
She has no idea about anything because i didnt think i would have to explain anything to a 7 year old

I would get her assessed by your doctor. It might be signs of precocious puberty.
