Sorry for this post it might be a bit sickening. But lately I've had this so uncomfortable feeling in my stomach. It's like the feeling of needing a poo but when I go I don't actually need one or when I do it's hot :/ I'm over weight (currently starting a diet) used to eat wayyyy to much fatty food. I'm 22 other then stomach,I'm in good health. Also had odd lighthead.
