Memory problems

My memory is shocking and has been since becoming pregnant with DD1. My youngest is now 3 and has been sleeping through the night for some time - but my memory seems as bad as ever. I could put some down to stress, as I have moved and started my own business since having children? I am desperate to regain some of my marbles. Am trying to stay hydrated and have heard taking magnesium can help. Does anyone have any tips? I do drink and sometimes to excess, but don't think this can be the cause grin wink...

Actually I think drinking to excess might be a cause. Not lecturing you but it can have an impact.

Why not try cutting it out for a while and see if things improve.

Thyroid problems and even anaemia can affect memory I have found. So worth getting checked out.
