I'll try to keep this short.

Sorry if i offend anyone i am just after a bit of advice.

I am 34 weeks pg

I wasn't feeling that great yesterday, felt hot and dizzy all day

I woke up at 2.30 this morning in agony and was really really sick. The most i have ever been in my life (sorry!)

Got a really bad nose bleed due to being sick

I honestly thought I was in labour that's how painful my stomach pains were.

I have a headache and i woke up this morning to find my face has broken out in a rash/loads of spots

I was sick again this morning and I feel swollen and im really sore.

Should I phone nhs24 or does this just sound like a bug? I don't get ill often so im not sure if this is normal or not.

I feel shaky and almost weightless at times as if I'm going to pass out.

I just don't want to waste the doctors time i know how busy they are.

phone out of hours, or failing that, your midwife.

Ring them now. Could be nothing to worry about or could be something serious like preeclampsia. You need to look after yourself and your baby. Don't worry about getting checked out - thats what they are there for.

Please call OOH or even go to A & E. It could be pre-eclampsia and that needs urgent medical attention.

Being pg you really need to get checked over, could be nothing but it needs checking
Come back and tell us how you are won't you.

I would call the ante natal ward. I don't trust nhs direct at the moment and you need to speak to someone local.

I hope you've called someone!

Agree with the others, get checked out asap.

I wouldn't call the ante natal ward, but go straight there or A & E.

Thanks everyone managed to get through to my midwife, she's going to phone me back with an appointment for today at some point at the out of hours surgery. I'm quite rural so Sundays are a nightmare for anything.

Thanks for the advice
