black spot on breast & also pregnant

Hi folks

im currently 31 weeks pregnant and a few weeks ago discovered a black spot on my left breast on the milk duct....initially thought it was a blockage and showed it to my gp who said the same and it wuld clear on its own. But its still here and is really sore. Going bck to gp again this week....i hve tried to get rid of it myself but its not budging...just getting a bit panicky now as imthinking its something more sinister and is goin to take ages to get it seen....some sane advice wuld be great....frankly.

I'm wondering if you might get better and more urgent help from a breast feeding professional. Would you try ringing La Leche League? If it's a blocked milk duct then I'm sure they would have the most up to date knowledge on how it should be treated.
