Just been out with dd to have feet measured to get her some sandals. She's a 7.5 D/E depending on shoe. However one of her feet seems to be about 1cm shorter than the other. I know my feet arent the same lenght but at what point should one worry?

Basically in one pair of sandals that she tried on one foot was in 'properly' and the other was barely protruding from the front strap.

Not overly worried as she's speedy gonzales energiser bunny just wondering.

dont worry my ds has one foot one complete size bigger than the other but we always just buy the bigger size shoe and he`s fine, if necessary just put an insole into the smaller shoe

Thanks Bambi :) dd also has very narrow feet and ankles so buying shoes that fit well is a nightmare :)

sounds similar to my dd, incredibly narrow ankles as well as narrow feet which means only certain ttpes of shoes only..sound similar. we cant buy from clarks[yippee] as she is off the measure even but we find spanish, french shoes fit better, try vertbaudet, they tend to have narrow fittings in a lot of their shoes..startrite are also good plus we`ve used elefanten as well.. what size is your dd?

one of my feet is just under a 3 1/2, the other just over a 4 1/2.... as a result i Normally wear a size 5 shoe (have been like this since i was 14!) Some shoe brands fit me fine in size 4 or 4 1/2 tho.

I just wear what feels comfortable and it doesnt seem to do me any harm!

phew :)
bambi my dd is a 7 1/2 on the Clarks measuring ruler. Didn't have much faith in the salea assistant thoguh. Have a local shop that does french and spanish shoes but they're soooo expensive :(

btw dd is 4.6y and ds who's 20 months takes size 6 1/2 H LOL

Me think I'm at both ends of the scale!
