Healing oils for perenium scarring?

Hoping someone may have an answer Blush
I've recently had quite extensive surgery and have quite a lot of scarring, a lot is internal, and I'm keen to start using an oil to help heal the scars but also to soften them.

I have heard that Sweet Almond oil is good, and can obviously be used down below as it's recommended pre birth, and also I've heard of Wheatgerm oil but have no personal experience of either. So just hoping that someone can recommend an oil themselves, one of the above or something different.
TIA

My perineum scar is painful and I use Holland and Barrett vitamin E oil twice a day, now the pain has gone.

Wheat germ is awesome and the best is a cream for external and edges....
Bought it from a site that dealt with all sorts of perineum and anal scarring.
Only thing that really helped!

And to be honest with you if the scar didnt heal properly or have not been fixed proper way no cream or oil will help it is just waste of time money and at the end the bigest dissapintment for you
sorry Ive try everything what possible and because it havent been fixed properly is worst and worst I did had hope but not any more and when I ve seen my scar I understood why nothing had work
mine is the most scary scare u can even imagin and the most sad thing is that some doctors were saying oh is nothing wrong with your scar

they should really go and get pair of strong glasses or they were just telling lie cos when I ve seen it I was totally shocked

Dr Wheatgrass is the website. I was not sure at first but was brilliant and my mate also used it - hope it works for you Wink
