I had my gall bladder removed last year and since then have really struggled to lose weight. I've put so much on and it's really getting me down sad does anyone else have this problem or any advice they could give?

I lost a load on the low fat diet while I was waiting for my surgery. Since then, I have managed not to put it back on. Are you eating more than you used to? I've not heard anything that says gall bladder surgery makes you gain weight, so if not, could it be totally unrelated. In which case a trip to your GP might be a good idea.
