Does anyone use berocca daily?

Someone said I should take berocca daily as I often feel tired and I dont take any other vitamins. Does anyone else do this? And have you noticed much improvement?

Also has anyone tried the energise ones instead? They contain the same ingredients but you can get them in the pound shop, so they work out a lot cheaper.

I take a B Active vit from Tesco every day, I have certainly noticed a difference in how I feel. tbh not sure if it is something you should be taking on a regular basis but within a week of so of starting it ds commented on how much better I looked and that my eyes looked brighter and I looked younger so it must be doing come good if he noticed!

So is b active similar to berocca? Wow what a lovely thing I say. How old is your ds?

I looked in the berocca website and it said its ok to take everyday!
