Trapped wind pain

Can it really be seriously painful?! I have IBS so this is familiar pain but god it's really hurting today!!

Yes! I had a colonoscopy & gastroscopy last weekend so pumped full of air at both ends. and the wind pain was nasty!

Can you burp and does it help? I like to lie on my tummy on the bed with the heated blanket on full blast/

Where is it? I also find heat helps, along with peppermint tea.

Just to lie on your bed on your side and relax, it will come away naturally, good luck, not nice.
