Recurring or lingering norovirus.

I was I'll with norovirus over Christmas, improved for a few days but now have the same symptoms again. Can this still be the same bug? I feel horrid hmm

Temporary dairy intolerance? I would wait a while before bringing any dairy into your diet.

Good idea. I had thought about wheat intolerance but dairy makes sense. Thanks

If it is a lactose intolerance secondary to norovirus, then it should improve once the gut lining has had a chance to heal. I hope you feel better soon.
