So, dd2 (just 2) was sick 1am sat morning then every 20 mins til 7am. She was then quite normal but tired all day. She kept water & toast down and seemed fine. DP then gave her a bottle of milk at bed time 7pm last night which promptly came backup 1/2 hour later.

She's fine today. Quiet. Tired. But fine. She says she has tummy ache and points to her ear. Poo normal.

Dd1 complains her tummy aches - but she's on antibiotics for tonsillitis - and is really washed out in general, but doesn't feel sick.

They are both eating ok. No more milk for dd2 though.

I feel queazy. Yesterday & today - I'm not good with sick at all. I'm in quite a bad place right now with PND and anxiety and this isn't helping me cope. Is my queazy stuff all in my head?

What's going on? Is this all connected? Or was dd2 sickness food related possibly? She was exposed to raw pork at 4pm Friday afternoon (we made sausage meat patties).

Help !!! I am so scared of being sick :(

You poor thing, I am the same. I always feel sick in your situation, I feel suck from reading your post. I expect you/dh/dd1 would have it by now if you we're going to.

We had noro 2 weeks ago and you know what? You cope. I did. You don't die, you might panic and want to die for a moment but it passes. I expect its in your head though. Is dh supportive?

We were all ill last week but it didn't come to much. DS was sick once and a bit off colour for 24 hours or so. DH and myself just had some diarhoea (?sp). It may not come to much!

Oh sorry, just trying to say you will be ok no matter what. I am probably not quite emetophobic but verging on it, and have anxiety issues. I survived. We all came down with it within 12-24 hours of each other and it starts quite dramatically so I would suggest you have experiencing fear now, not a virus. It still feels awful though I know.
