I've had a bad back for weeks and its got worse this week so went to the doctors and have been diagnosed with a slipped disc.
It's hell, the tablets are not touching it, I have a grumpy 2 year old who is bored. Anyone had a slipped disc and has any tips or exercises to help? Have to go back on Monday if no better but not sure il get through the weekend :-(
